Hyperautomation represents the next stage of the automation evolution. It empowers organisations to optimise their processes, drive innovation, and achieve their business objectives to a greater extent than was previously possible.

In this session we will go back in time to see how Robotic Process Automation (RPA) originated and how it evolved into Hyperautomation, a more advanced and comprehensive approach that leverages a combination of technologies such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation as a Service.

We'll dive deeper into MuleSoft RPA and see how it integrates with other components of the Salesforce ecosystem. We will introduce the RPA lifecycle from evaluation to production phase and discuss the concepts of UI automation versus API automation.

Finally, we will present a real-world problem and run a live demo to show how we can design and implement a solution combining MuleSoft RPA and a traditional Anypoint Platform API.
