Being a leader and teacher is something that I am passionate about doing. I enjoy journeying with people and helping them grow to an understanding, whatever the subject matter. One of my favorite moments is when their faces suddenly light up as all the pieces come together, and it all just clicks.

A couple of years ago, that moment happened with MuleSoft in an informal training session with some colleagues in a previous role. We received word from our manager that MuleSoft was the new direction for all things integration. My experience, qualifications, and aptitude placed me responsible for onboarding the platform and training those given to me. I felt a sense of illation again during those training sessions as I walked through the materials and practice quizzes, watching their faces as they gain confidence in what we covered.

Now, I may have moved on to a different role and company, but those feelings remain. And, as I walk through the streets of Brisbane and watch the city grow, I know that there are others out there eager to learn more about MuleSoft and seek the opportunity to learn. I hope to provide that opportunity to them with the support of Capgemini and partnering with MuleSoft.
