This proof of concept demonstrates a streamlined process for handling purchase orders using MuleSoft integration with Azure Blob Storage.
Azure Blob Storage is a highly scalable, object-based storage solution provided by Microsoft Azure. It is designed to store large amounts of unstructured data such as documents, images, and binary files. Blob Storage is ideal for use cases that require durable, cost-effective, and secure storage, with capabilities to organize data into containers and folders for structured access and management.
Demo - MuleSoft receives emails with multiple purchase order PDFs, processes each through an internal Mule flow, and stores both the original PDFs and the processed JSON responses in Azure Blob Storage. The structured data is then pushed to Salesforce for further business operations. After successful processing, JSON files are moved from the "to-be-sent" to the "sent" folder in Azure Blob to mark completion and ensure processing traceability.
