We are hosting another fun MuleSoft Community Meetup, this time at the Atlassian Mountain View Offices. You won't want to miss this event, it's a great opportunity to meet your fellow Muleys and learn about some technical topics. Come out on August 6th from 6-9pm to hear talks from Jordan Schuetz, Developer Advocate at MuleSoft, and Anshu Mishra, Senior Integration Engineer at Atlassian.
Jordan Schuetz, MuleSoft's Developer Advocate, will be covering how to use MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform to create a meme generator API that returns a custom meme with top text and bottom text based off the parameters passed in the HTTP request. This talk will cover: how to read and manipulate multipart form data using DataWeave, configuring HTTP Listeners to handle HTTP requests sent to the our API, and lastly how to manipulate arrays and encode URI components in DataWeave.
After, Anshu Mishra, Senior Integration Engineer at Atlassian will be presenting on how to build a continuous integration / continuous delivery application in MuleSoft using a Bamboo Server.
We will wrap up the session with networking and drinks. Excited to see you all there. Reach out to email@example.com with any questions you may have around the event.

I loveDevelopers and love educating them through my interactive content and events. My passion to serve the developer community dates back to 2011 when I started my indie game studio which I named Ninja Pig Studios. Over the course of 5 years, I developed and self-published over 15 titles on a variety of platforms such as the B&N NOOK, Kindle Fire, and Nintendo Wii U. In total, my titles acquired over a half a million paid downloads and millions have watched game play from my titles on YouTube.
While still actively creating video games in college, I discovered the University of California Riverside had a need for customized educational software to teach students how to code HTML and CSS. To today's date, Learn CS8 has saved students over $300,000 in book fees and is helping business students at UCR learn computer science.
Currently, I'm living and working in San Francisco at MuleSoft as a Developer Advocate! I host local community meetups, write technical content, educate developers and speak at technology conferences. On the weekends I enjoy hiking, autocross, live music, and spending time with friends at the park. Feel free to reach out to me anytime, I'm here to help.
