In honour of International Women’s Day, we are excited to announce a special WWM APAC meetup!

This year’s theme is #EmbraceEquity which will be interwoven throughout the event starting with the difference between equality and equity, how to transition towards a more equitable tech industry and MuleSoft ecosystem and stories from inspiring leaders.

First, we will have a panel discussion with some wonderful women who believe and practice equity through their actions in day to day life. Hear from Juliana Button from KPMG, Juanita from Capgemini and Michelle Dawson from Salesforce. They will be discussing how organisations are making changes to have more equity in their teams.

Following the panel, Nikitha Mohan from healthAlliance will share her personal journey and how she overcame career challenges such as transitioning into a technical role and moving geographies, building confidence and the importance of support networks. Nikitha has a track record of leading technical teams at organisations like Vodafone, Spark and Infosys.
