Integrated Application Development Manager
As the Director of Application Development, I oversee development for our enterprise applications such as Accela, GIS, Salesforce, Identity, Workday, JavaScript Framework, Open Cities, and Mulesoft. I am focused on having an accurate inventory of technical debt to shift applications to enterprise platforms. The goal is to have CI /CD pipelines for error-free delivery through the SDLC with corresponding KPIs to measure velocity. With Mulesoft as the middleware tier, we are paving the way to future proof our integration layer.
As the Development Manager for Integrated Applications, I manage a large team of developers in the integration space. This includes Mulesoft for enterprise integrations, Salesforce Development, Workday Development, and Identity. Our team strives to be innovative and works hard to automate processes to add value back to the City and County of Denver. A large focus over the past few years has been to migrate API s to MuleSoft and reduce our footprint with other legacy platforms.
